Born from Louisiana roots and a love for Southern culture, Southern Made Daiquiris is more than a frozen daiquiri shop — it’s a dream 15 years in the making.
When founder Charles LuBom moved to Seattle, he missed the vibrant frozen daiquiri scene that thrives back home in Louisiana. Armed with premium spirits, mixers, ice, and a blender, he started recreating those flavors for family and friends. The response was overwhelming — people loved the bold blends and the atmosphere of warmth and joy they brought.
Encouraged by loved ones to share this passion more widely, the idea for Southern Made Daiquiris was born. Now, after years of envisioning and planning, the shop stands as a symbol of courage, positivity, and persistence.
